July 24th, 2009, The standard of “UF water purifier” and “RO water purifier” is start-up at Cixi, Zhejiang province. It is established by Zhejiang Water Purifier S.T. Co., Ltd and Hangzhou Smartem Water Purifier Engineering Co., Ltd. Following the drafting of which is "hot and cold water dispenser", " special water dispenser ", "household and similar purification device", "household and similar purification of drinking water” and other national standards, Qinyuan take the leader of the water purifier field once again.

In order to refining the market, maintaining consumers’ legitimate rights and promoting industries healthy and orderly develop, China Household Electrical Appliances Research Institute selected Qinyuan as leader in the drafting of the important industry standard of "Ultrafiltration Membrane water purifier" and "Reverse Osmosis water purifier". It is reported that Qinyuan has become one of the nation water purifier system standardized work units as early as in 2007.
